“Gee, thanks.”
He patted my arm. “That’s a compliment, sweetie. Normal is overrated.”
This is a great follow up to Petal to the Metal! Life’s a Birch really starts to explore Mia’s talents and abilities as well as her concept of “reality”. She is developing a little more self confidence and belief in herself. Of course, solving murders can also help with that 😉
