Once Upon a Book Club is definitely my favorite subscription box that I have ever subscribed to. I love getting a new book each month and the gifts to open while reading, definitely enhance the experience. I also love that the gifts are of quality and aren’t simply cheap throwaways.
Notes From My Captivity by Kathy Parks was a very engaging read. I was hesitant at first but my attention was quickly captured and I had a hard time putting it down to sleep. I loved seeing Adrienne’s viewpoints and mindset change as she encountered new experiences and she had to learn how to survive. I won’t say too much, but highly recommend reading this book!
I loved the gifts with this book. I wear the necklace frequently and the bowl is a cute little decoration now! I also love the little box that the pictures were kept in.
All in all, definitely a 10/10 star box 🙂
